Zoe originally joined the Doctor Care Anywhere team in 2021 as the AXA Relationship Lead, in 2022 she got promoted to Customer Success Director and is now Chief Partnerships Officer. Zoe is accountable for all of DCA’s commercial relationships and heads up the Customer Success and Marketing Teams.

Over 20 years of experience in relationship management with previous roles in both the insurance and financial sectors managing clients such as Direct Line Group, Santander & Asda Money.

Zoe is degree level educated with additional qualifications in Miller Heiman Sales, CIM Advanced Marketing & APMP Project Management.
