New starter welcome incentive
for Advanced Nurse Practitioners

Available for a limited period only

Hear from our ANPs, Hannah and Nicole, on how they can help you with a wide range of health concerns.

You can now book an appointment with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANPs), to complement our existing GP service. When you next have a health concern, you’ll have access to appointments with even more of healthcare professionals - all at the touch of a button.

What are ANPs?

Our Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) are fully qualified, highly skilled, and trained clinicians, who’ve undertaken post graduate training and masters’ qualifications in clinical practice. This means you can feel reassured that your health is in safe hands.

What does this mean for you?

When you’re feeling under the weather or you need something looking into – and with even more clinicians on our platform you can be seen by a healthcare professional and be on the road to feeling better, sooner.

Our ANPs can help with a wide variety of health concerns and are your ‘go-to’ if you have a minor ailment or a flare up of illness. They’re able to:

  • Assess your condition
  • Diagnose and treat your symptoms, including issuing prescriptions
  • Plan any follow up treatment that is needed
  • If needed they can also refer your further treatment

How can I make an appointment with an ANP?

Our Advanced Nurse Practitioners are available Mon-Sun, including bank holidays, between the hours of 8am and 10pm. Appointments are 20 minutes long, so you have plenty of time to talk through your health concern. By selecting an appointment with an ANP you’ll benefit from:

  • Convenience – you can be speaking with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, by video or phone, from wherever you are, whether you’re commuting to work, at the end of a long day or at the weekend.
  • Control – you have the flexibility to choose the healthcare professional best suited to your health concern, and you may be seen quicker by selecting an ANP appointment.
  • Confidence – feel reassured that you’re speaking with a fully UK qualified ANP, who’s trained in virtual consulting. You can use the service alongside your NHS GP, and view and share your notes with your regular doctor

To make an appointment with an ANP log onto your Doctor Care Anywhere account, via the web or on the app, answer a few of questions regarding your health concern and if suitable you’ll be offered an appointment with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner1 – it couldn’t be easier!
