Expert Care for What Life Throws at You

From a Monday morning migraine to a question you've been putting off for months — our UK-registered clinicians are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

What we can't treat

Doctor Care Anywhere is not an emergency service. If you or someone else may be in danger, please don't wait — call 999 for life-threatening emergencies or 111 for urgent non-emergency advice.

Prescriptions we can't provide

We offer private prescriptions where clinically appropriate, but we're unable to prescribe:

  • controlled drugs (such as tramadol, morphine, pregabalin, or gabapentin)

  • sleeping medications (diazepam, zopiclone, melatonin)

  •  ongoing prescriptions for long-term conditions like asthma, depression, anxiety, fertility issues or  diabetes.

Your regular GP remains the right contact for these.

Emergencies we don't treat

These include:

  • chest pain

  • suspected stroke or seizure

  • severe bleeding

  • severe infections

  • high fever in young children

  • difficulty breathing

  • complications that may arise from pregnancy or birth
  • dental complaints
  • severe mental health crises such as suicidal thoughts or psychosis.

Conditions that need in-person care

Some conditions require you to see a doctor face-to-face, including:

  • chest infections

  • UTIs in men, children under 16, women who are pregnant or over 65

  • Conditions requiring long-term management (e.g., asthma/COPD flare-up)

If we think you need to be seen in person, we'll always let you know.

We treat a wide range of physical and mental health conditions online, so you can get expert care when and where you need it. Browse the areas below to find out if we can help — and if you're ever unsure, just book a consultation and we'll guide you from there.
