Advanced Clinical Practitioners
The team of Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) are all highly qualified in clinical practice and can help with a wide variety of health concerns and are your ‘go-to’ if you have a minor ailment or a flare up of illness. Advanced Clinical Practitioners appointments are available 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday - including public holidays.
What can our Advanced Clinical Practitioners do?
• Assess your condition.
• Diagnose and treat your symptoms, including issuing prescriptions.
• Plan any follow up treatment that is needed.
• If needed they can also refer you for further treatment.
GP Appointments, without the wait
You can choose the doctor you would like to speak with by video, or phone, at a time that fits into your schedule - not the other way round.
All our GPs are handpicked by us and are GMC registered, with at least five years’ experience of working within the NHS. They are specially trained in virtual consultations, which means you can feel reassured that your health is in safe hands.

With My Health, you’ll be able to explore our range of resources to support your health including tips for falling asleep and breathing techniques to reduce stress, as well as sections covering nutrition, physical activity, and relationships.
