Application
The first step to any role is applying. Browse some of our available jobs below.
Pre-Screen
If your application looks like the right fit, a member of our resourcing team will give you a call. This is our chance to get to know you better and understand what you’re looking for. Make sure to ask lots of questions – you’re getting to know us too.
First-Round Interviews
The next step is the interview. This will usually be with members of your team. We’ll look at your skills and experience and how you’d work in your chosen role.
Second-Round Interviews
Depending on the role, you might be asked to complete a task. Usually, this will follow with a second-round interview. This round is more of a deep dive into your skillset and where you’d fit into DCA.
The Offer Stage
Congratulations! At this stage, you’ll get to work out the terms of your employment from salary to start date. All being well, you'll be joining the DCA team before you know it.

How long does the selection process take?
This largely depends on the position you are applying for and number of applications to the role. Our resourcing team aims to review all applications within 3 weeks of applying to the position.
Can I count on feedback?
We understand how frustrating it can be to be left without feedback. While we don’t provide detailed feedback at the initial application stage, we will let you know if your CV has not been shortlisted.
For candidates who progress beyond this stage, we are committed to providing more detailed feedback at each subsequent stage of the process. Our team is always available to keep you informed about progress and answer any questions you may have along the way.
Can I reapply for a role even after an unsuccessful interview?
Absolutely! Your journey doesn't end with one interview. If you come across the role being re-advertised in the future, we encourage you to reapply. We believe in growth and development from both sides, and we'd love to hear from you again.
