We’ve teamed up with Scan.com to offer quick access to private MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound scans at over 150 convenient locations across the UK. Plus, scans booked through Scan.com come with an automatic discount for Doctor Care Anywhere customers.

Please note that if you prefer to use NHS services for diagnostics, you’ll need to contact your NHS GP directly for a referral, as NHS imaging departments won’t accept private referrals.

Mental Health Support

HelloSelf is a leading online therapy service offering talking therapies for adults and young people. Their compassionate team includes Clinical and Counselling Psychologists and CBT Therapists, all dedicated to helping you feel better.

After a short online questionnaire, you can choose a therapist and schedule your first session. Therapy takes place on HelloSelf’s secure platform, where you can set goals, track progress, and celebrate milestones, with ongoing access even after therapy ends.

Accessible appointments

Hearing impairment

If you have a hearing impairment, we recommend you book a video consultation which has the additional benefit of real time chat functionality.

If you’re in the UK, are a user of the Relay UK system and wish to use it during your consultation, then please give us your TextNumber as your contact telephone number to all allow us to automatically connect to the RelayUK service when we call it.

Your TextNumber will be prefixed with 07777 if you’re using the Relay UK app on a mobile, or +44 (0) 3306 when using a textphone or the Relay UK app on a computer or tablet from a landline.

If booking online without a TextNumber but wanting a Relay UK call,
please prefix your number with 18002.

Visual impairment

If you are visually-impaired, we provide manual booking via telephone through our dedicated Patient Experience team and facilitate consultations via telephone, if requested.

If you are booking online, and do not have a TextNumber, but want us to call you using the Relay UK service, please prefix your telephone number with 18002.

Translation

If you require translation services for your consultation, please call our Patient Experience team on +44 (0)330 088 4980 at the point of booking. We offer a translator to join your consultation at no extra charge.
