Application
The first step for any position is to submit an application. Please ensure to review all the prerequisites for our clinical roles.
Pre-Screen
After our clinical leads have reviewed your application, one of our resource specialists will reach out to you and provide you with all the necessary information, and offer you the chance to ask any questions you may have. There might at this stage be a request for pre-interview documents.
Clinical Interviews
The next step is the interview with members of our clinical leadership team where we will delve into your experience and answer any clinical questions about operating within a digital healthcare setting.
Learning
After the clinical interview, it may be determined that some candidates would benefit from refresher training in specific competencies. We are committed to providing support in this regard and will engage in discussions to review the learnings upon completion.
The Offer Stage
Congratulations! At this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to finalise your employment from shift hours to start date joining the DCA family.
Onboarding
After receiving your employment offer, our onboarding team will guide you through the process of joining DCA and assist you with digital training which looks at our policies and procedures, our operational processes, and how to deliver consultations, covering all essential aspects in between.
