Advanced Clinical Practitioners
The team of Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) are all highly qualified in clinical practice and can help with a wide variety of health concerns and are your ‘go-to’ if you have a minor ailment or a flare up of illness. Advanced Clinical Practitioners appointments are available 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday - including public holidays.
What can our Advanced Clinical Practitioners do?
- Assess your condition.
- Diagnose and treat your symptoms, including issuing prescriptions.
- Plan any follow up treatment that is needed.
- If needed they can also refer you for further treatment.

You'll get an email and text reminder 10 minutes before your appointment is due to start asking you to join the waiting room. If you've booked a phone appointment the clinician will call you directly. Find somewhere quiet, comfortable and ensure you have a good Internet connection or clear cell phone signal.
