Frequently asked questions
A GP appointment costs £70 and an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) appointment costs £45. Both are one-off payments with no subscription needed.
Yes. You can often book a same-day appointment, usually within two hours, depending on availability. ACPs are available 8am–10pm, 7 days a week. Outside those hours, you'll be offered a GP appointment.
Both give you the same high-quality care, including diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatment and referring you for further care if needed. ACPs are experienced clinicians with advanced, master's-level training.
No. Prescription costs are paid separately at the pharmacy and can be more or less than NHS charges. Most of our top 20 prescriptions cost under £20 per item. We issue private prescriptions only, not NHS or repeat prescriptions.
You can cancel before your appointment time. For one-off appointments, cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment aren't eligible for a refund.
