A trained pharmacist will guide you through everything in a private consultation room. The pharmacist will be taking some physical measurements eg blood pressure and weight, and taking the blood tests as per your package. They will prompt you to make sure you have answered the health questionnaires but will not be going through this with you. These can be filled in quickly online.

Yes, you need to complete the medical questionnaire before your appointment at the pharmacy. This is required to ensure you receive your health assessment report.

You are eligible to one free reschedule if we are notified by 9AM the working day before your appointment, this will be subject to availability and partner policies

Your health assessment report will be available within (x) days after you have had your pharmacy appointment to do your blood tests (depends on the sla we agree). This will include your personalised report with useful health insights based on the medical questionnaires, physical measurements and blood tests. These are validated by a licensed practicing clinician.

Yes, your results will be presented clearly in your report without any medical jargon.

If there’s anything you don’t understand, our support team is always on hand to help you or you can schedule an online appointment with one of our clinicians to look over your results.

As part of your report, you will receive personalised, recommended actions from a UK-licensed GP to improve your health as well as access to our digital exercise programme.

If appropriate, our GPs will also recommend or prescribe additional treatments to help you on your journey to better health.

Yes, with Doctor Care Anywhere, you can schedule a video or phone consultation to go over your results in further detail at a time that suits you.
