With the AXA Doctor at Hand app, you can speak to a GP or an ANP whenever you want, from wherever you are1. Whether it’s the middle of the night or you’re away from home, AXA Doctor at Hand, powered by Doctor Care Anywhere, is the private online GP service that works around you, not the other way around. Register using the activation code emailed to you, or using your AXA Health membership number when asked for an activation code.
1Subject to appointment availability. Appointments with Advanced Nurse Practitioners are available Monday – Sunday, including bank holidays between 8am and 10pm. If attempting to make an appointment outside of these hours, the next available GP appointment will be offered.
