Martina joined as Chief Risk Officer of Doctor Care Anywhere in April 2022 to oversee all risk, governance, and compliance.  She is accountable for the management and reporting of all clinical and non-clinical risk within the business with reporting obligations to the Board and Audit & Risk Committee.  Martina is accountable for ensuring that the company meets the corporate governance principles and recommendations for entities listed on the ASX.

Previous roles include leading on healthcare provision clinical and non-clinical risk and governance in a global insurance business including risk assurance and the management of regulatory compliance.  Martina has studied enterprise risk management with the Institute of Risk Management and gained qualifications in other specialist risk fields in the Honorable King’s Inns and University College Dublin.
