To be a service that properly puts patients first, you need to have the best people making that happen with the best of intentions. And that’s the sort of team we’ve built at Doctor Care Anywhere.
Bayju is a former NHS doctor who worked in psychiatry, emergency care, and general medicine. After practising as a doctor Bayju worked at McKinsey & Co., primarily on healthcare accounts. He then led Global Health Aid Ghana, providing health services to over 500,000 people without access to doctors, before working in a variety of roles in financial services and energy.
Bayju set up Doctor Care Anywhere in 2013, to give people greater control over their healthcare, and faster access to the clinicians who help them do so. Bayju oversees the company’s strategic vision and direction.
A former Consultant in Anaesthetics and Chronic Pain Management with a background in medical law and ethics, Yvette has worked in both NHS and private health sectors and more recently at the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator.
Yvette leads our clinical team, who oversee clinical governance and safety as well as the design and implementation of high quality new clinical services.
Yvette moved away from clinical practice so that she could make a difference to people’s lives on a larger scale. Having used a variety of techniques to help her patients manage their long-term conditions in the past, she is excited about the opportunity that digital technology brings in enabling more people to do this even more effectively.
